The Boyle Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles is still dealing with the smell of rotting food and fears over possible toxins after a cold-storage facility burst into flames in June.The nearly 500,000-square-foot facility burst into flames on June 17, blanketing the neighborhoods of Boyle Heights and East Los Angeles in thick smoke for days.
