New York Times Accuses Federal Employment Agency of Retaliation

A May lawsuit by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims the newspaper discriminated against a white male employee who did not get a promotion.The New York Times filed a counterclaim against the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in federal court on Friday.
