Old Dominion University Shooting Being Investigated as Act of Terrorism, Officials Say

The F.B.I. said the shooting, which wounded two other people at the university, in Norfolk, Va., was being investigated as an act of terrorism.The police responded to a report of a shooting on the campus of Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Va., on Thursday morning.
