Artists’ Strike Closes Pavilions at Venice Biennale, Adding to Upheaval

The hottest exhibitions at the world’s major art exhibition were shuttered on Friday as part of a pro-Palestinian demonstration.Visitors at Florentina Holzinger’s “Seaworld Venice,” at the Venice Biennale’s Austrian pavilion on Wednesday. It was closed on Friday morning because of the artists’ strike.
