A federal prosecutor apologized this week, saying an ICE officer made a “mistake” in deporting Any Lucia López Belloza, a college freshman in Massachusetts, to Honduras.Any Lucia López Belloza celebrating her high school graduation in Texas last year. She was attending college in Massachusetts before her deportation in November.
